Rotary Engineering introduces two new motor testing products, the advanced Motor Test Panel (MTP) for comprehensive testing of the electrical and mechanical analysis of motors up to 700kW and the VTS Analyser for checking the physical characteristics of a motor.

Rotary already manufactures the well know Motor Test Console which has been developed over many years and has seen decades of reliable service worldwide. These new products expand the range and offer our customers more test options to match their exact requirements.

The MTP is suited to larger motor repair workshops where a dedicated test area is available. Once installed, the testing process takes place via remote touch screen interface keeping your staff safe at all times. Many safety features are incorporated and the system is designed to connect to your own interlocks. The MTP tests both electrical and mechanical characteristics whilst incrementally ramping up the motor to full voltage. Test sequences can be automated and data is output for your quality assurance records. Tested in UK workshops, this equipment has been well received and more units are planned for installation in 2024.

The VTS Analyser monitors the physical condition of a motor under test and outputs the results. Various options are available including the complete testing package which incorporates a laptop for data analysis. Compatible for integration with existing Rotary Motor Test Consoles to upgrade your existing test facility.
