High Voltage Motor Test Panel

The Rotary High Voltage Motor Test Panel is designed for testing high voltage electric motors up to 1000HP / 745 kW in motor repair workshops and is an essential part of your electric motor repair business.

This new High Voltage Motor Test Panel has been developed for customers in the motor repair industry and has been designed with operator safety as a priority.

Safety features include 21″ HMI control with a 10m cable so it can be installed in a secure motor test facility and operated remotely. There is provision to link to interlocks in a secure area and emergency stops to ensure operator safety. Outlets are monitored by a residual current monitoring device for safety.

The panel features automated test sequencing, onboard vibration, temperature and speed monitoring in addition to the option to test AC/DC motors up to 250A.
Motors are connected through a range of sockets up to 750VAC, 250VDC. Motor test results are output to CSV and PDF report.

Features include:
– Locked rotor testing in any phase orientation. Automated test sequence alongside peak hold function to determine phase balance and FLA.
– Can be used as an excitation supply for core loop flux testing via single pole sockets.
– Single phase testing via connecting between two phases
– High power DC motor testing 250A 800VDC armature and 32A 800VDC field.
– Adjustable software interlocks / trips for overcurrent, over speed, over temperature and excessive vibration.
– 10 taps for gradual run up from 50V to 750A with series of protected sockets to match your test motor.
– Field undercurrent / field loss protection of DC supply.
– Overspeed protection of DC motors
– User management system with two levels of authorisation.
